If you choose to cancel your course enrolment, you are required to provide a reason for cancellation.

Administrative Fee

• A non-refundable administrative fee of £70 will be charged in the event of course cancellation.

Refund Process

• If you cancel 14 days before the scheduled course start date, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus the administrative fee.
  
  
• If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before the course start date, you will receive a half refund, minus the administrative fee.
  
  
• No refunds will be given if you cancel the course less than 7 days before the scheduled start date.
  
  
• In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the course start date, you may still be eligible for a refund (minus the administrative fee) if you find a suitable replacement candidate.

Exam Cancellation After Taking the Online Teaching Programme

• If you have taken the online teaching programme and need to cancel the enrolment and your exam due to a valid reason, you are required to provide a proof of this. In such case, if it is approved, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee

Refund Approval

• MedAstra reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances of the cancellation and the availability of a replacement candidate.
