1. Please note that you should come at least 4 weeks before your exam so that you have enough time for the practical procedures, examinations and simulated manikin practice, supervised practice sessions and live mocks.

2. As part of the full course, you are entitled to 2 live mocks, but these will take place at least 2 weeks or more apart, so if you have less than 4 weeks before your exam from the time you arrive, then we cannot guarantee you will be able to get live mocks.
3. If there is any change in your date of arrival or exam date, you must inform us as soon as possible. If you have not yet booked your exam and have provided only a tentative exam date on your enrolment form, you are required to inform us prior to finalising your booking if the confirmed exam date differs by more than three weeks from the tentative date originally indicated. Failure to notify us in time may result in the forfeiture of your mocks.

PLEASE NOTE, OVER THE HOLIDAY PERIODS OF CHRISTMAS AND SUMMER, MOCKS MIGHT BE FURTHER APART SO PLEASE CHECK THE MOCK DATES BEFORE BOOKING FLIGHTS

4. The notes and lectures that will be provided to you are the copyrighted property of MEDASTRA COURSES and are for teaching and educational purposes for the candidates attending the courses only. As such, it is PROHIBITED for anyone to take pictures or videos or attempt to save or circulate these notes, onsite/offline lectures including manikins. Nor is it permitted for anyone to re-write the notes and lecture material, and pass them off as their own. Legal action will be taken against anyone in violation of this.

5. We record videos and take pictures during different parts of the course which are used for teaching purposes as well as on MedAstra social media platforms. Enrolment in this course implies that you give consent for such pictures and videos.
